PIHCL is overseen by a board of five directors, including three shareholder representatives, who bring a strong focus on accountability, transparency, and strategic oversight.

As directors, we are committed to acting in the best interests of all shareholders and prioritise delivering sustained, long-term value. With a clear emphasis on integrity and performance, the board is actively working toward positive change and enhancing the future prospects of the company.

Our collective goal is to strengthen PIHCL’s position and maximise returns for investors.

Directors

Martin Bell:
Is a large investor in parking spaces and has over 40 years of business experience
both good and bad. He hopes that he can use his experience to bring better returns for shareholders during his tenure as a Director of PIHCL.
 
Chris Parkinson:
Chris is a Director of the company Parking Investor Holding Company Limited that represents you all as shareholders. 
He is a qualified chartered accountant with 18 years’ experience, his role as an accountant means that he oversees all financial aspects of the business from the production of financial management information to dealing with statutory matters for example Companies House or HMRC matters. He hold several Directorships across several companies which means he works closely with the CVA Supervisors, Group First Global Limited and P1 Airport Parking Limited. He has disclosed his roles to the Board of Directors and remains transparent including disclosing any areas that he sees as a conflict of interest.
 
Claire Burden:
Chartered Accountant and a Fellow, accredited member and Chair of the Institute for Turnaround. She is Chair of PIHCL and has been a Statutory Director and Board member for many businesses, having spent ten years in industry as an interim CFO/COO. Claire is now a Partner at S&W and heads their Consulting practice nationally (Claire does not sit within the Restructuring team working on the Park First insolvency and is not an insolvency professional).
 
Emma Richley:
Has been a Director in PIHCL since December 2024. She first invested in parking at Gatwick in 2016. With a broad and varied background spanning public service, business ownership and property management; she brings a strong sense of integrity and looks forward to helping fellow investors receive improved returns.  
 
Andrew Wilson:
Andrew is a retired engineer who has worked worldwide in the offshore oil and gas construction industry as a project engineer and manager since 1980s. He was based in Kuala Lumpur when he came across this investment opportunity in 2015. He has a significant investment in the project, mainly at Gatwick. He has been closely following the work of S&W and EP, in relation to the development of the CVA’s, and has been a critical voice when he has seen something that he thinks is unfair or unreasonable to the investor’s cause. As a board member, he continues to work diligently to get the best results for investors. He is willing to continue as a Director for a while longer, as we are finally starting to see some positive progress.
